About Abbott Seeds
An Indian food products producer and exporter, out of the country's spice trading hub
Abbott Seeds is based in Hyderabad, Telangana — a region that has sat on India's spice trading routes for centuries and still handles a large share of what leaves the country. The company was founded in 2017 and has grown from a single line into eight working ranges.
We produce and export superfoods, seeds and millets; spices; pulses and lentils; herbs and botanicals; dehydrated onion, garlic and fruit; natural colouring agents; nuts and dry fruits; and Himalayan pink salt. All of it is listed, with full details, on the products page.
Our specialisation is chia seed. It is the line we are judged on, the one we hold the tightest quality parameters for, and the reason most of our overseas buyers first get in touch.
Our specialisation
Chia in two grades: black and white
Nutritionally the two are equivalent. The choice is about how the seed looks in your finished product — and about price, since black is grown in far larger volume. Each grade has its own page with photos, video and full details.
What we export
Eight ranges, one point of contact
A buyer who needs chia, cumin and dehydrated onion does not need three suppliers, three sets of documents or three sets of payment terms. Mixed containers are standard for us.
Why buyers work with us
Built around what an importer has to prove
European buyers are not only buying seed — they are buying a file that satisfies their own auditor, their customs broker and their retail customer. We work to that standard.
Full details on enquiry
Tell us the product and quantity and we send the complete details — grades, quality parameters, packing, documents and pricing — before you commit to anything. A certificate of analysis travels with every lot.
Documents in order
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and lab reports prepared together, so nothing holds the container at the port.
Cleaning and grading
De-stoning, gravity separation, sieving and optical colour sorting, with steam-sterilised grades available where your process requires it.
Packing to your format
25 kg bags, 1000 kg big bags, cartons or retail packs printed to your artwork. Pallet configuration agreed before loading.
Export-ready pricing
FOB, CIF or DDP quoted on request, with the loading port and lead time stated up front rather than negotiated afterwards.
Repeat consistency
We keep a retained sample of every shipment, so the second container is matched against the first rather than against a description.
